Paint Outside/Inside Canopy

Hey Guys

I got a used canopy on craigslist and i want to repaint it black. What paint should i use for the outside and for the inside?

Anything i can buy at home depot would be a plus!

If you are not going to stain then paint the unit with kills as a primer and it will seal it .....then paint your choice of colors

I would throw a coat or two of polyurethane after painting to seal the paint from marks and peeling.

The canopy is already painted outside...i just wanted to add another coat to make it look a little better...its not bad at all

+1 poly wont flake near as easily as paint. I would just poly the inside with out paint or white killz then poly for the reflective benifits .

i always use rustoleum oil based paint. it seals great and once it dries the water just rolls right off it. just takes around 24-48 hours to fully cure on there. COmes in white, balck and a few other colors I believe.
