Pair clown

I have a pair of cinnamon clowns and their home died a while back and i was wondering if there is an easier nen to keep than a H crispa. i would like to get another but i dont know if my lights and system are good enough to keep one alive.

The 24 inch orbit lighting it is only a 30 gal and it is 130 watts so it is 4. something watts per gallon. it is the standard bulbs that came with it so the dual daytime 6700/10000 i think and the blues are 420/460 or something like that.
