Hey guys,
Are these considered delicate fairy wrasses?? I have multiple wrasses, all of which never give any other new introductions a hard time... Have a Flame, Labouti, and Pink Margin, all Terminal makes... Tank is large 220... Couple of tangs, and few smaller fish...,

So I introduced a pair last night... Gorgeous colors, one male, and one female.... They both went and hid in rocks right away... This morning I saw the male swimming around for about 5-10 minutes... He looked fine... No fish chasing it... Few minutes later vanished... Lol... As am writing this unjust spotted one of the flirting around the rocks.... Maybe there is some hope lol!!! :)

Are the flashers hardy??

Thx in advance!!
Steve

Ime yes they are hardy but can take a little while to settle, especially with a few tankmates already in residence.

First, they're a different genus.

Flashers = Paracheilinus
Fairy = Cirrhilabrus

They stress a bit easier than Cirrhilabrus wrasses, and take a few days to settle in. Give them some time; sounds like you have nothing to worry about. :)
