Ian, Since I wasn't fast enough to see them on D.D., do you remember what they were selling for? I know several people were waiting for months for this pair to show (were expected to be listed in January) so it was no surprise they went quickly.

They may have been pricey(I don't follow Latz) but they had been in Divers Dens QT since November so they were pretty established making them worth just that much more. Not much gamble on the part of the buyer...

I had been in contact with DD since they posted them coming up for sale - back in Jan. After multiple phone calls one of the reps informed me that one didn't look like it was going to make it. If true I ASSUME they had spent a bunch of time hunting down a replacment to make a pair. Maybe it took 2-3 months to get the one back to great health that DD is known for. I don't know.

I do know if I had not been so frustrated waiting for them to go up for sale they would have been coming my way. Great score for whom ever got them.
