We have a pair of beautiful love birds and unfortunately, after a few years it has come time to find them a home due to not having the time to dedicate to them. We prefer to give them to someone with bird experience, as i know there are some of you in the club who have it. They are very friendly. Cage and toys are included.

Thanks

killereef - do you own any birds? have any experience?

It is important for us to find them a good home so we need to know that the person that takes them knows how to take care of birds.

Man, if you weren't up in Nashville, I'd love to get them. I have lots of knowledge on birds, in particular Lovebirds and Conures. If ya don't mind, what type of LB are they?

Sorry to hear about you having to give up your birds. IF I wasn't getting another parrot from my grandma, I would of take'em in. The one at my grandmother's was one I raised as a youngster, one I handreared myself. I used to raise Lovebirds, they're wonderful birds if cared for properly, if not hand tamed can be a pain cause they will drawl blood big time!!! So three parrots for me is enough for now, not including my dog and my numerous fish tanks......Out of curiousity, are they a pair or just two lovebirds you put together? Two males or Two females can get along just fine, they don't have to be a pair to get along. There are ways to sex'em under their pelvic bones which only works in mature lovebirds, youngsters are harder to tell. Good Luck in finding them a good home!!! This is a huge temptation to me since I used to raise Finches, Lovebirds, Budgies, and Cockatiels. Also have owned Conures, Kakarikies, Monk Parrot, etc. Now I have large parrots which I've always been a fan of.
