Pairing Black Clowns

I picked up a pair of black ocellaris clowns yesterday. Maybe 2" each. I would like to get them to pair and hopefully breed. They are in a 55 sps/lps tank with only 1 small yellow tang, cleaner shrimp, peppermint shrimp, small hermits and snails. All parameters in check for growing sps's. What should I expect out of the two in terms of pairing and time frames and is there anything I can do to help?

I understand this is the first step of many to baby clowns but please help with any advice.

thank you

If your goal is to breed them then I would suggest getting them their own 10g tank with them and a clay lot. raise the temp to 82 ish , keep a steady photo period of around 12 hours and feed them like 6x a day or more of you can.
It's not easy.
Since you got them unpaired. Then this will give you time to do your research on clown breeding.
It could be 2 years or more before they fully mature up and become a mated pair, then eventually lay.
