Thank you for your post. We apologize that we are unable to guarantee a specific gender of the yasa hasha gobies (Yashia White Ray Shrimp Goby). As some of the items we offer are in their juvenile state and it is almost impossible to determine their sex. The gender of the specimen shipped is random and depends on what is available when your order is placed. The White Ray Shrimp Goby does have the ability to form symbiotic partnerships with most species of pistol shrimp.
