Palani and Mimic Tangs needs help?

I got a palani 5-6" tang from a friend today and seems like while moving him we must have scratched his skin a little bit or he must have rubbed it against the rocks. There are 2 spots looks like one inch straight line. Does not look too bad but not sure if it might get more serious. He is happily swimming and eating food since we moved to my tank.

Is there any treatment I need to take or just let nature take care. I dont want to lose him either.

Also another mimic tang around 5 inches has some tail fins not very smooth looks like had a fight with the purple tang. But my friend whom i got the tangs told me they fight once in a while and get healed in due course of time.

Not sure what to do.

Any suggestions?

We have used tea tree oil solution or neosporin for scratches and wounds, basically the same as melafix....add vitamin C/Selcon to the food.
