tease!!

they are pretty neat palys with the marbling. I have never owned one but I know a couple people that have them. Some end up boring but some look really cool with multiple colors.

Not the best pic. but here's a pic of my mother colony.

Very nice!

Word of warning on these guys: many reports on these guys being more... What's the word I'm looking for... I kind of want to use the word 'toxic', but not sure if that's the right technical term. Basically, I've listened to many o' conversations of this type of polyp where a common theme arose: take extra precautions when handling these! Eye protection, don't handle them with open wounds, wear gloves, immediately wash up afterward, don't touch your eyes/mouth/nose when working with them, etc.. (In particular, the Green/Brown/White Paly Grandis as photo'ed above.)

Really cool, kinda hard to tell from the pics, but how big are the polyps?
Most of mine are a bit bigger than a quarter.

Nice. Mine is shades of tan with no green in it.
Might not be Paly Grandis, but the Cinnamon Paly?

Very nice!

I have fragged mine a few times. This is good to know, thanks for the warning.
