Paly mouth open/gasping and size shrinking?

It had been doing really well since I got it, three babies grew in a matter of weeks. Recently, it started shrinking, and today I saw the mouth was not green but was sort of gasping.
The parameters are ok, nothing seems off.
Should I dip it? I have Lugols and Coral RX

What does the mouth being open signify? Any pests?

A few questions,

1. Even though the parameters are ok, did they change recently? Sometimes if there is a big change they will act up even if the parameters are still in the "safe" zone. What are the numbers of ph, temp, salinity, Alk, ca, and mg?

2. Have you done anything different recently?

3. Did you dip before you introduced them to your system? how old is your system?

4. Is there any brown goo coming out from the mouths?
