Palys and Polyps?

I was just wonderin if palys and yellow polyps are compatible?I did a little re-arranging in my tank today and the two ended up kinda close together. Am I asking for trouble?

The yellow polyps will over grow them. I would isolate the yellow polyps on a rock island.
