Pan world 100px or Iwaki 40RLT pump for basement sump?

anyone using either one of these pumps or other similar external pumps for their basement sump?
Plan to run the sump out from the basement for my 70g cube upstairs and was wondering if this pump is strong enough. Just need it to be around 400gph for the return is all I want.
Total head lost is around 11 ft vertical up. Both of these pumps are pressure rated
The pump has the following specification

Similar setup, PW 100PX, and got about 500 gph out of it.

What is your head lost? About 11-12 feet as well?
This is very important as I do not want to buy a weak pump.

Similar setup = approx 11 feet of head loss
