Pan World Pump

My GEN X PCX-100 pump in my sump is about to bite the dust and I was thinking about replacing it with a PAN WORLD 200PS. Does anyone use the PAN WORLD pumps, and if so, have you had good or bad results.

I've been using pan-wolds for both my closed loop and return for a couple of years with no issues. The return has about 4' of head pressure plus a few 90deg bends and is throttled back with a ball valve. Pump seems to not mind it at all.

anyway, Pan Worlds are great. I have 1 PS250 and 2 PS200's.

I run the Pan World 150 on my beckett skimmer. I have to touch it it make sure it's running.

Yep I currently run two Panworld pumps one form my return, and one for my beckett skimmer. Actually they are Blueline labled pumps but Panworld makes them. I really like them, they are incredibly strong and really quiet like Hollback said. They are MUCH better pumps than a Gen-x would ever be. I even bought both of mine used and they still run perfect. I can see getting many, many years use out of these.
