Hey Jeremy,

We came in several months ago with Brandon Forbush and bought a Panworld pump for our basement setup. Recently, we've been noticing a clicking noise from inside the pump. I was able to find the instructions for disassembly on the PanWorld site in which they recommend taking it apart manually. It says to replace O-Rings after each disassembly. Do you know how big of an o-ring I need, or should I call PanWorld to find out?

Unfortunately we do not have those o-rings. I would recommend going to PanWorld directly for those. They can be reached at (207) 968-3101.
