I wouldn't pay anything extra because someone said it came from Papua New Guinea. Percula has a relatively small geographical distribution. There could be three different perculas in one anemone, all with different marking. No matter where they came from. I don't believe they are any better, or worse, based on what island they were living closest to. With that said, there's a fish marked exactly like that, in Fautin and Allen's book. I've been drooling over it for years. LOL The photo was taken off of PNG. Incredible looking fish IMHO. If you like the fish, then it's worth the money. If you're thinking about getting it just because someone said it was rare, because it came form PNG, then no. It's not worth the money IMHO.
