Par 38 LED for Quarantine

Does anyone have experience running a bulb like this? - http://www.amazon.com/ABI-Aquarium-...F8&qid=1456259164&sr=8-26&keywords=par+38+led

I read a few old posts on par 38 bulbs but haven't seen much on them. I am looking for a cheap way to get my quarantined fish used to LEDs plus it looks like this would keep corals happy for a few days while I look for unwanted stragglers.

That will be fine for short term in QT for corals for fish it doesn't matter. How were you going to mount it? They have goosenecks that will work with that light. Just remember to light acclimate your corals when you transfer because those are only one watt led's.

Okay cool, I will probably give this one a try then. I already have a cheap clamp light that the bulb will fit in. Thanks for the advice.
