PAR Elegance Coral and feeding

A friend of mine brought over a PAR meter to play around with. I got an Aussie Elegance about 2 weeks ago and it is doing really well. The PAR where it is located is around 80-90. Any thoughts on this?

Also, for those with long term success (more than 6 months), Im curious what you have been feeding. I will try a variety of meaty foods and will use selcon when I get some. I'm just wondering what others have been using.

I guess I'm not entirely sure what units I was measuring in. I thought it was PAR but it might have been PPF. I will have to figure it out tomorrow.
