par output website?

could someone please direct me to the website that shows the par rating of bulbs matched up to the differnt types of ballasts, basicaly you could look at the chart and then match a ballast with a particular type of bulb for maximum par output.

thanks!!. there was an email out a long time ago that had several full sized images of those two people with all sorts of expresions, it actually was pretty cool
