Parasite ID Help

I'd like some help identifying this parasite and the proper medication to rid of it. Purple tand and majestic angel came down with it, looks like tiny grains of rice attached to different parts of the body. Does not look like Ich, it is larger and oval in shape. I see some lesions and a little bit of blood from the majestic's body. The purple has it around the face area (pic attached). I have a FOWLR so meds will be dosed in the tank. Thanks.

It could be flukes, but it's difficult to tell from the picture. How long have you had these fish, and were they quarantined (if so, how long)? How are the fish behaving?

Agree with Chris. Since you have a FOWLR I would dose Prazi.
