I failed to FW dip a new Cleaner Wrasse prior to QT and even though he appeared healthy and ate well, I lost him on day 12 of QT. I performed a post mortem FW dip and a dozen of these came off of him. Can anyone identify them?

Possibly some type of fluke. I doubt they were the cause of death. What are you trying to eliminate with a FW dip on new fish? FWIW: Most cleaner wrasse don't last long in captivity. IMO, they should be left on the reef, they are needed there and are one of the few species of fish that seem to have been
reduced in number by our hobby.

Thank you for taking the time to look at the photos and offer your opinion. My thought was some type of fluke as well, however, it is very different in appearance from another fluke I was able to photograph microscopically some time ago.
I also agree with your opinion about the cleaner wrasse, especially after researching the species and reading about other hobbyists' personal experiences with them, although I was not aware that their numbers have proven to be reduced in the wild. I will not be replacing it with another, and I will bring it to the attention of my lfs. I generally do that type of research prior to picking up new fish, but I neglected to be extensive on my pre-acquire research with this one.
