Parasite or what!?!?

I found a few of these tiny (1-2mm) octopus looking creatures in my tank that make sand streaks throughout the night. They have long clear tenacles (relative to their body size) with a reddish circular shaped body. I found them hiding under a small rock and removed them to take pictures.

its eather a worm or parasite... deffentaly dont put it back in to your tank. i think its probaly a parasite but im not an expert on parasites

Are you sure they're not some kind of spaghetti worm? If so, they're pretty harmless. They use the tentacles to collect detritus.
