friday night i decided i was going to make some fish food so i went to the store and got several fresh items clam, shrimp, squid and smelts as i cleaned the smelts (ripping the skin off the flesh) i found what looked like red worms just not as dark in the flesh i know fish have these and its ok to even eat them if cooked properly but my question is will these things live through being blended up and possibly re-hosting itself on-in my tang shes iching like crazy no new additions in around 6 mo.
thank you for taking the time to read this.

Im pretty sure if they were frozen they are dead.

If your tang has ich you really should get all fish into a QT and treat them with hypo. Its the only way your going to get rid of it.

I think he said that he got fresh items -- I think it would be a good idea to get frozen seafood for that reason.

Some of the fish come in with worms from the wild, as well.

the smelts were fresh maybe 2-days old. the tang is doing ok no ich. i did freeze the rest but the first feeding of it wasnt im just wondering if its posible for them to regenerate after being blended and eaten.
