Particles Floating Around

Could someone please help me identify what this stuff is that is floating around in my tank?

I am a newbie with a 65 gallon tank with:

Life Rock
3 Green Chromis
2 Ocellaris Clownfish
5 Reef-hermit crabs
1 Kenyn Tree coral
3 Turbo Snails
2 Cleaner Shrimp
3 Nassarius Snails

All my parameters are within range (and have been constant since I filled it 3 months ago with a 6 week cycling).
I feed my critters once a day with a pinch of Xtreme 1.5 mm pellets and I put in a small block Reef Formula (pulverized nutrition blocks) which I have only did once.

Thanks,
Ed

well as u can imagine u put anything like fish food or even fish poop in wter what happens. the question is not what it is but what u need to do to clear it up. so we need to know what kind of filtration u running

Dosing ? (Sorry I'm new) Do you mean have I been using additives to keep up the chemistry? Is so, no.

Micro bubbles or sand particles. If no baffles in the sump try out a filter sock. My water got visually cleaner within hours.

OP already noted he is using a sock and the RS-75 sump has baffles. Doesn't mean they aren't bubbles, I cannot tell for sure from the photos, though they don't look like bubbles to me. I don't see any intank powerheads for circulation, so seems unlikely to be sand particles unless the main pump is way oversized.

I'd net some of it out to see. If bubbles, obviously there will be nothing in the net. If particles, are thy hard like sand or soft like detritus? Also, are the particles there all the time or just when you feed?
