Particles in water

Most likely air is getting into the return line. If you post a picture of your intake for the return that may help. I had to build a little rock wall around my bulkhead on my sump, and rest a piece of eggcrate on top of that, because the pump was so strong it was causing a vortex to form. But the barrier will also trap/stop bubbles from elsewhere from making it back to the display. You have no skimmer so odds are it is an air intake in your line somewhere.
 
mine is just a 29 gallon biocube liek anano cube pump is completly under water line goes straigh up about 5 inches and out

Question to what are thes thisg i got on my rock that looks like a cotton ball
i got like 3 of them
 
You need to post pictures for an id.

Are you saying the tank is entirely internal circulation? No water leaves then re-enters the tank?

Only thing I can think if that's so is that you should take apart, clean, and reassemble all pumps. Can't think what else would cause microbubbles.
