parts order status

A week ago Friday I ordered a frame, shaft and bearing. I was told parts were in stock. It has been more than a week and I am yet to receive the order. What's up?

After we received your payment info the parts were shipped out that day via US Mail. Give it a few more days as sometimes the mail can be slow.

I am certain that what you are telling me is incorrect. I placed the order on Friday the 18th. My CC was not charged until Wed the 24th. When did the order ship??? I don't think the mail is slow. I think Ice Cap was slow turning this order around. Ordered Fri and did not ship until at least Wed?::rolleye1:

I realize the order was placed on the 18th (Friday) but we did not receive payment info until at least the 21st. It was then packaged and put out for the mail. If it was after 11:00 AM it would go out the following day. The CC is not always charged the same day as shipping. I apologize if you think we were slow and neglected you in any way.

The chic that took the order on the 18th also received what you are calling payment info so you would of had both the order and the cc (payment info} at the same time. I don't see how you did not receive payment info until the 21st. Also, are you saying that orders are sometimes shipped before a cc is charged???


I will ask again. When did this order ship?
