Passer angel w/ bulging eye

I've had this Passer for a few months, thought his eye might have been bulged in the past but it just looks ridiculous today. Fish behaves normally and eats with gusto, just has this bulging eye. Amy idea what it could be or how to fix it?

Ammonia, ph are fine, haven't tested nitrates. The fish also went through a month of CP about 2 months ago.

Im not so sure if epsom salts will work on marine fish since it is magnesium sulphate.I have always treated it by piercing the skin on the eye which is inflammed .DO NOT PENETRATE THE EYE BALL! more accurately the conjunctiva should aspirated with a 25g tb syringe .FINE BUBBLES IN THE WATER COLUMN CAN CAUSE THIS. iT ALSO OCCURS IN DIRTY WATER FROM BACTERIA. And or systemic dieases. good luck1

Thank you for the help. I do have fine bubbles in this tank, I may have to stop them now, may be the cause.

Epsom salt works fine for marine fish. Have used it several times. Retreat everyday for 3-5 days. If you see improvement keep doing it until eye is healed. You can do what your describing but most don't feel comfortable using a needle on the eye of thier fish

That's what my chalk bass looked like when he injured his eye. Epsom salt helped. I'd be more concerned about bubbles and infection if it were happening on both sides, but I've only seen it the one time

Just to update, Epsom salt seemed to do the trick. The eye is not back to 100% normal, but it's much better than before. Thank you

I have a flame angel that had one eye popping out. I had read it could be from a abrasion or injury. There were no other signs of illness so I didn't treat and it resolved on it's own over several weeks, probably close to two months.
