Even if you can cure him in QT of ich, It will come back forsure in the 55. Hector was wrong to sell and newbie in the hobby a PBT, the fish is just to hard to keep ich free and needs a larger home then a 55, IMO the smallest tank size should be 180 for them. Good luck with it but I'm pretty sure you will be telling hector it didn't make it.

thanks for the offer, if your close i will take you up on it. i just have ZERO time anymore with school. all i have is weekends basically and an hr a day of freeplay to work on my tank.

well i got a 20L tank for the fish.


and asking about if i could put the corals and anemone in the 120 was a kinda stupid question. but what should i do with them and all my LR and LS??

tank temp is 76-82 night-day.

sg is 1.025

that swing is way to big, 6 degrees would stress out most fish not to mention a powder blue. Get your tank stable before adding anything more IMO.

isnt it more natural for a tank temp to raise and lower throughout the day?

thats what i figured.


ill throw another heater in the tank and keep it a 78-80
