pc-4 order

on friday i ordered a pc-4 along with some other items. it said that it usually ships in 2-3 days at that point. today it says that item will ship in the next 2-3 weeks. Will I fall into the 2-3 day shipping period or 2-3 weeks shipping period. thanks.

Thanks for the post, if you could provide me with your order number I can further look into it for you. Normally when an item says that it will usually ships in 2-3 days and then is changed to 2-3 weeks this usually means that the items Estimated Delivery Date has been pushed back by the manufacturer for various reasons. As soon as I receive your order number I can look into it for you.

Thanks for the reply, looks like I have an Estimated arrival date of 4/09 which does place it about 2 weeks out. As soon as we receive them we'll ship yours out to you. In regards to the rest of your order, it's scheduled to be shipped out to you today with an arrival date of Wednesday 3/31.

If the pc-4 is the same one that comes with the rkl then i guess I could just pop the extra 10 bucks and get the whole thing sent out since it is in stock. Can you run 2 temp probes on 1 rkl? Should I call you or pm to set this up?

Thanks for the reply, the PC-4 is the same unit that is in the Digital Aquatics ReefKeeper Lite Controller - Level 1 package as far as I know you can only run one temp probe on the ReefKeeper lite. Only on the Digital Aquatics ReefKeeper Elite Controller you can have 2 temp probes.

I would be more than happy to change your order for the Digital Aquatics ReefKeeper Lite Controller - Level 1 Please let me know how you wish to proceed by private message, we can also charge the card that was used for your prior order for the unit.
