Club reef had some last time I checked. Also had the PE/cyclopeeze combo packs

Petco had 4 oz cubes for $12.50 passed on that will try Club Reef keep forgeting about that place and want to check it out.

PE is good stuff, and very convenient in cubes, but if you go through enough of it, it gets pretty spendy.
There's a place in NJ called Jhemco. They sell Mysis in 5# blocks for like 30$. They also sell Cyclop-Eeze, but I find that I don't use it fast enough and it gets freezer burn. I know it's not what you had in mind, but you may find that you like the bulk approach.

I buy mine in bulk from Drs Foster Smith. You have to pay an extra $25 for overnight shipping. Their bulk (6 or more) pricing is cheaper than what you will buy it for locally(and no tax) so it makes up for the cost of shipping. My last order must have had 25-30 ice packs and it was totally frozen on arrival despite the summer heat.
