According to DFS, a couple of the best wrasses for a 37g would be the filimented flasher C. filimentosas and Yellowfin flasher C. flavidorsalis. Most of the other flashers and fairy wrasses are recommended for a larger minimum tank size. (I'm researching to stock my own 37g, too!
)
A couple more nice fish for consideration could be a gold assessor - pricey but beautiful and an active hardy and peaceful fish, and, a rainford's goby - small, very active, peaceful, eats algae, very pretty...much nicer in person than in pics!
