Although "the" coloration difference is obscure (I'll leave the task of digging through this forum to find it as an exercise), there are marked trends. Females tend to be more "olive" green, while males tend to be more "bright" green. In my (very) limited experience, most of the "rust-colored" peacocks I've seen were female.
The simple answer to your question is "no", there is not marked chromatic sexual dimorphism in this species.
