Pearly jawfish

We had 2 pearly jawfish in our biocube and after time, one would jump behind into the filtration chambers. I moved this one to a small 12 gallon nano tank until a friend can set his tank up. Recently is has developed brownish clear spots on it's dorsal and tail fins. Any idea what's going on and how to correct? Thanks

Maybe a fungus infection.
