hi i have 2 black and white clowns with a rose bubble tip,i have a brand new container of omega one cichlid pellets,the ingrediants are salmon,herring,halibut,octopus,krill,shrimp,kelp,spirulina and a bunch of other stuff,my clowns love it along with the mysis shrimp,my question is long term is this going to be beneficial for there diet or will cichlid pellets not support them.also the mysis shrimp are the fresh water version from canada,pe mysis from piscene energetics.thanks.
