just wondering if its ok to feed 1mm to those 8 to 10inches angelfish? or is it a must to get 5mm pellets?

My large male meredithi angel eats small pellets just as quickly as larger ones. The same can't be said for smaller fish with larger pellets, though....

If the fish eats it then it's "ok". I would imagine you will blow thru pellets at the 1mm size with lots of waste being left over in uneaten food

To be exact i have alot of small to med size fishes.Only one big french angel, just concern if its getting enough food even after feeding alot of 1mm pellets.

I would vary the French's diet... including larger items specifically for him. You'll also be surprised, depending on your other fish, how large a food item a fish can handle if it really wants to eat it :)

Hmmm the only big pellet available here are nls i cant think or any big pellets here . I usually mix tdo, danichi and nls. And i do feed new era marine grazer.

I feed a mix of several sizes, from micro to the 5mm size. The bigger fish eat every size, but as expected the smaller fish can only eat the smaller pellets

sdguy : never really like frozen food . Prehaps its because i am afraid that i prepare it wrongly.

Dmorty217 : the smallest i have is 2inches the biggest fish i have is 14inches haha

davidfrances: guess i should mix in bigger pellets

Are NLS the only pellets in the market that offer 5mm pellets sizes? Am also wondering if i should get brightwell vitamin M? Currently i soak my pellets in Brightwell AminOmega ,selcon and vitachem.

I believe the vitamarin m is very similar to vitachem but I could be wrong. I also use everything you listed including the vitamarin m

Dmorty217: guess i include vitamin M too haha

Dom418: i manage to buy danichi with a mix of 1mm to 4mm pellets
