Pencil urchin with Cowfish?

Does anyone know if a pencil urchin is safe around a cowfish? The cowfish is still pretty small at around maybe an inch and a half in length and the urchin is maybe 4 inches in diameter? Thanks.

Cowfish are only prone to nipping at tube worms. The urchin should be fine
