Penductors and Syphon Break?

How do you prevent water coming out of the syphon break hole on your return when you run penductors. The syphon break seems to release pressure and make the penductors less effective. Also, how far below the water line do penductors need to be? If I can place them close to the top, I could just get rid of the syphon break hole.
 
I was planning on using an anti siphon valve on my siphon break with the penductor but decided not to use it. Never tried it but figured it would work. Talking about those airline anti-siphon to stop water from getting into air pumps. Drill a hole in the return pipe that has the eductor just large enough for rigid airline tubing, glue in short piece and attach to short airline then to the antisiphon valve. antisiphon valve oriented so that it would close the flow caused by the penductor but would allow air back in when the pumps shut off to break the siphon. Not sure how well they would hold up but I was planning on trying that to retain the siphon break.
 
I am going to be installing some on Sat. and that is a very good question. I don't want those little holes shooting water at me anymore. I may have to try the one way valve.
 
If I can put the penductors fairly high in the tank, I won't need the antisyphon feature, and I could just plug the hole. My sump is only 2/3 full when I cut the pump off, so that gives me another 10 gallons or 2 inches of tank water volume to play with.
 
What would happen if I put a 1/2", 3/4" or 1" flap valve at the top of the pipe where it goes over the edge into my tank. Hard to explain, but if instead of the 90's I was gonna use but put a T instaead and on top of that put a one way flap valve. When the pump is on the force of the water would keep it closed and when the power cut the weight of the vavle and the reverse pressure would open in.

Thoughts?
