pepperming shrimp turning white

ive had two peppermint shrimp for a few months now and one of them is turning whiteish. What could the reason be?

salinity as a little high...brought it back down. ill keep an eye on the shrimp for changes

What is high salinity in your opinion? Inverts, especially shrimp like higher salinity and I have seen it mentioned on this forum that any salinity below .023 will damage their biology.
