Sure..I had 2 in my 10 gallon with around the same corals fish. Since you have coral, just make sure they are peperment shrimp, and not camelback shrimp..
you can , but be aware they could turn on your polyps. many people seem to have them with zoas. some people have reported problems with them and zoa's.
I've found that target feeding peppermint shrimp seems to keep them away from corals. I had one that used to tear into my open brain coral but when I began target feeding them, it stopped. I've never kept them with zoanthids however. They look too similar to Aiptasia for me to feel comfortable.
