Perc Going Egg-Laying Crazy!!!!

I have had this pair of perc for about five years. Six months ago I moved and re-plumbed some tanks, including theirs. On 11/9 the percs resumed laying eggs. However, within 48 hours of the clutch hatching, the female was laying more eggs. Yesterday afternoon she laid her third clutch since 11/9. Before her tank was moved, there was an eight day resting period after the clutch hatched and before the next clutch was laid. Now the male is getting tired and she is actually having to chase him back to tend the eggs. Has anyone experienced this weird cycle and how long did it last?

I have some pairs like that, they lay the next day after the hatch , they will be fine.

Not right now - I have in the past.... once the jigsaw percs and the b/w ocellaris that were moved start laying again I will

Hmmm...I just wonder if they are going to stay on this schedule or revert back to the old one at some point (I keep a log so I know when to expect what). Thanks!
