Percula Clown with Popeye

I have a 150 g tank and just purchased a pair of Black & White Percula clowns. My larger clown's eye is bulging out so I would assume that it is Popeye. What is the best way to treat this. I have a 10 g tank that was a freshwater tank that I can clean out and make into a qt tank.

I would first try a medicated food for bacterial infections. You can use this in the display with little risk to anything else.

I'm fairly new to the hobby and have never had to treat my fish before. What should I use. Should I soak the food I have in something or is there special food?
