percula host?

i have a black percula clown in my 29 biocube. i have a torch coral with it. i was wonderin what percula's usually host

Black Percula? Can you post a picture? I'm thinking it might be the b/w ocellaris.

Percs can be hosted by what ever makes them comfortable sometimes thats a magfloat or in my case a brain coral but I believe their natural hosts are: Stichodactyla gigantea, Heteractis crispa and Heteractis magnifica.

If it is all black, the odds are great that it isn't a Perc.

Does it look anything like this? Is so, it is an O.

I have a pair of ocellairis that love my GBTA. It seems to very with each clown.

Then, it is most likely (( about 99% sure )) an A. ocellaris -- it is common for the black/white ones to be mis-labeled.

ohh thanks....the only difference is my clowns fins are orange (does tht make a difference)

Without pictures it's hard to tell but it could be a Onyx Percula.

It's better to post a picture of your clowns. Having an orange fin and tail with black between the stripe is more like an onyx Percula which is a lot more prized than the ocellaris.
Post a picture so we can positively identify.
