Pest Algae help id

Hello, around 3 month ago I set up my 30 gallon cube and saw a small string of this algae, tried to remove as much as possible but its winning the fight.
Could anyone please let me know what specie is this and how to get rid of it?
Tank is a Marineland 30g cube, lamp used is a AI prime hd, power head is a RW-4 skimmer is a tunze 9004.

Yeap, actually I took out a lot of this algae yesterday, can't believe how annoying this algae is, even my softies wont open fully when they have this algae around it...
