Pest on elegance coral. HELP!!

I acquired this elegance from a local reefer a few weeks ago. It's seemed to be in good shape for the duration, then I moved it to a different part of the tank and there is this growth in the exterior of the foot. It's reddish brown and seems to have a mouth. Please advise!!!

It is pretty soft to the touch. Here is a picture with the lights off. Also there is a red growth at the bottom of the foot.
