Ha,ha,ha funny to see Clay's topic after talking about how much you spend!

I spend $120 average a month. Two 400 watt halides 8 hours a day and two t-6's 1 hour before halides turn on and 1 hour after halides turn off.

Jason thats becuz you live in an apartment, once you get a house ... watch out !!!

Yeah, I blame everything on you for getting my girlfriend to okay a bigger tank. :)

good thing you are sitting down
last month $288 (1200+ SQ FT home, electronic thermostat, etc)
and my lights are nothing compared to some of you
but a 45 gallon water change tank in the garage heated to 77
and another rock cooking brute garbage can also at 77
After that bill I decided to insulate both of them.

And I leave this thing running all the time, days on end.

i think i am moving to p-town. i am not getting out of the cg. but i am getting out of something else.
i can work with $288. i could do $450 but dont want to.

That's cheap, mine and Jeff's bill is always over $350 a month. We do have a huge hot tub that we pay to heat on top of all the lighting for the tanks.
