I am thinking about buying Ph calibration fluid in large bottles verses the packets, But i cant seem to find it in Neptune's calibration solution.
Does it really matter what brand i use?

It does not matter what brand you use, as long as it is a quality brand and as long as your device does not assume that it is a particular pH without you being able to tell it what the pH is.

One thing about big bottles, the pH 7 and higher big bottles will slowly drift down over time as CO2 enters them, so every once in a while you may need to calibrate with a fresh buffer, then remeasure the big bottle and get a new value for it. For example, pH 10.0 can drift down to 9.9 or 9.8 over time, and so I just write on it with a marker what the new pH is once every year or so. :)
