Ph probe problem after first use.

ive finally set up my reef fanatic Ph probe after three or so weeks of purchase. I am having difficulty calibrating the probe. I followed the directions and adjust the ph to 7 on the 7-calibration fluid. Then i tried to calibrate the probe into the 10-calibration fluid. I can not adjust the ph to 10.

Soak the probe in RO water overnight. Sometimes that will remove residue, and allow the probe to function properly. Also check to make sure you're not getting electrical interference from any of your other equipment. If neither of those suggestions help, please email me with your name at jp@premiumaquatics.com. I can send you a replacement probe, and that should fix the problem.

the new probe came today and it works great. These guy are really understanding when things dont work they way they do.
