Hello Everyone.
OK. So my take PH runs at like 8.2 per my Milwaukee calibrated monitor/controller.
If I add 10ml of Soda Ash to try to stay in check with my Alkalinity depletion I jump from 8.2 to 8.3.
My question. Is this to fast? Is that to large a jump all at once?
Should I just dose like 2ml multiple times a day as oppose to 10ml at one time?
Please let me know anyone who cares to respond and thank you in advance.
Edit******
Actually it must have just been a localized jump.
I add the dose to my overflow which goes down to the sump where my PH probe is and then filters through the sump and then into the display.
I just checked the meter again within 10 minutes of posting this and it's back to 8.2.
I have a Milwaukee MC122 and one thing I don't like about it is it only measures in 10ths
I am sorry I didn't get one that measure in 100ths but unless I am mistaken the controllers measure in 10ths?
My original question remains though. Is a .1 jump serious?
