Phoenix 14k and crocea

My bulb just kicked the bucket. 8^(

I am fast tracking a replacement order and was wondering how my crocea will fare under a 250W DE Phoenix 14k fired with a PFO HQI electronic ballast?
FWIW, the clam has been happy under a 10K Ushio for the last two years, but I'm looking for a change.

My Crocea has been a happy camper under my Phoenix bulb.

It might expel some zooxanthellae initially, but will adjust in the long run.

yeah all my croceas (6) have been doing great under hamilton 14K's for 6 months and now phoenix 14K for a couple months.

I would look to ask who has had the Phoenix for over 6 months and are still happy. Me and few of my fellow reefers in Chicagoland were happy at first but after 6 months the PAR seems to fall way down. This based on the corals growth stopping and then when the bulbs replaced the growth restarting.

Just my oppinion.
