Phonetic spelling of Tridacnid

Basically I'm looking for how it's pronounced. I read this stuff online all day and sometimes don't know how it's really pronounced. I don't have any problems with reading or anything, but thinks are not always pronounced the way they are spelled.

Like TUNZE I was pronouncing "Tunezz" when it should be pronounced "Ton-ze" almost like it was two words (figured that out when I called them .
