phos reactor and carbon set up advice

I would like to run a phosban reactor and a second reactor with carbon in my sump off of one pump. I don't want to daisy chain but would rather be able to control the flow separately to each. Can this be done with one pump?

I was thinking of setting it up with a y fitting from the pump, and then ball valves in the lines leading to each pump. Would this work? Also, would the 230 gph maxi jet be sufficient?

Yes use a T and 2LF reactors come with a valve to control flow.

Do you hang your 2LF reactor on the back of your tank or on your sump or otherwise in your cabinet?

I have mine hanging on my tank right now, but I'm going to move it to my sump to get the powerhead out of the tank.
